MR.PANSAK SRISAP
-Founder
Mr.Pansak Srisap is one of the Telecommunications Act and Regulation specialist in Thailand.
He was assigned by the former Prime Minister’s advisor to be a member of Telecommunications
Working Group for drafting the first Thailand Telecommunications Act and setting up the
regulation regime at The Government House. Pansak also participates actively in drafting the
group of Information Technology Acts.
So he gave more official lectures in the related field to the academic and public sectors on
telecommunications and IT acts & regulations (de-regulation and liberalization) in Thailand, Trade in Services
(telecoms) , TRIPs , international telecommunications business , advanced telecoms & electronics , and
modern technical tutorials.
Pansak started his career at The Telephone Organization of Thailand (TOT) since 1974.
More than 35 years professional experiences in Telecommunications. Year 2009, He retired from TOT.
Now he is an independent telecommunications consultant. He was assigned to be an
telecommunications expert and a sub-committee in telecommunications in The Commission of Science,
Technology , communications and Telecommunications – Senate, The Parliament of Thailand.
In the professional international forums , Pansak was often invited to be a guest speaker
and panelist of many international telecoms forums , conferences, and seminars. He also spent the free time
to be a lecturer in some universities , business newspaper columnist , and article freelance for Thailand
telecommagazines.
Surapan Srisap
– Managing Director
Prior to be Thaiglobaltel Managing Director, Surapan has worked for CTO of many IT and telecommunications leading companies in Thailand with strong knowledge of the data
communications, VoIP and broadband market, extensive product knowledge, and development
skills. He graduated in the Master Degree of Science - Telecommunications and Computer
Network and Bachelor degree of Computer Engineering , both degrees from Rangsit University.
Many years experience in moderntelecommunication services and value added service, Surapan
is an innovator and is constantly pushingthe boundaries of technology in order to deliver real
business solutions to our customers. With a foot inboth the technical and strategic sides of
the business, he bridges this gap and ensures our technology moves forward in-line with the
business and market needs.
Keerati Srisap
– Chief Technology Officer
With Master Degree of Telecommunications Business Management from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) and Bachelor degree
background in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute Technology of North
Bangkok (KMITNB), he is our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and is the driving force
behind Thaiglobaltel’s product & service development and roadmap. He worked with
Surapan on a day to day basis across a variety of different businesses. Keerati is tasked
with implementing systems, routines and structuring, plus the strategic planning and
running of Thaiglobaltel. In addition Keerati is responsible for managing major projects
as well as ensuring the smooth running of the business operations.
Suntaliya Lebnark
– Marketing and Sales Director
With more than 10 years in the telecommunications industry and held position of Sales Director for some of Thailand’s leading telecommunication provider. Soontaliya is responsible for the delivery of the global and domestic sales strategy and sales revenues. Her focus is to increase revenues exponentially over the next financial year. Soontaliya’s previous roles included overseeing all aspects of the business, working closely with Sales, Purchasing & Accounting etc. She is responsible for all communications internally and manages external relationships and professionals that play an intricate role within Thaiglobaltel
